He knows well how to use providers who are accepting PayPal payments, one of smart fraud in our experience. He used to start the business on weekend, Saturday by make payments through PayPal with unauthorized PayPal and Credit cards and claim the payments in 2days. Ultimately the provider will suffer.

So partners be aware of this guy, while he wants to interconnect with any provider, he create a website and contact with that details. Once he claim the payment he never comes to online and will not any response.

So be aware these guys, they used to pay through PayPal use the service irrespective of rates what you offer and finally claim back every payment what they made with un-authorized accounts.
